HYBRID:45

SHORT AND INTENSE

Hybrid:45 is a combination of functional Fitness (Crossfit) and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with a shorter duration (45 minutes) but more intensity due to the use of barbell strength movements. It benefits cardiovascular and muscular endurance as well as power and strength gains.

Our olympic weightlifting program focuses on snatch and clean and jerk and their component lifts (i.e. squats, deadlifts, cleans). Out:F.I.I.T. is our interpretation of HIIT training performed in a circuit-style manner. Out:F.I.I.T. includes only low skill functional and bodyweight exercises (i.e. squats, planks, kettlebell swings, box jumps) to improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
